The founder and managing partner of RCC Ventures LLC, guides the development of the company through management of the origination team of associates. He oversees due diligence, evaluates credit structures terms issues proposals, and negotiates with underwriters for the approval and documentation of the loan.

Prior to assuming this role, he served as Senior Vice President of RCC Finance Group, Ltd. from 1980 to 2000, establishing a high performance origination team and building a valuable portfolio.
